The most comfortable underwear I have ever purchased, and brilliant quality, I was so impressed I ordered more
I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed by a pair of boxer briefs, but these exceeded all expectations. The fabric is soft and breathable, with just the right amount of stretch—it moves with you, not against you. The waistband stays put without digging in, and the fit is snug but not restrictive.
The first four pairs solved a long-lasting chafing and sweat-rash issue within a week. I’ve just ordered another 6 pairs and will be throwing all my old underwear out when they arrive. Very well made, very comfortable, and both cool and dry in use. Impressive as all hell! Cheers and best wishes for the future.
I own 8 pairs of Step Ones but noticed the quality and service dropping off recently, so I decided to try Willie Wagtail - and I’m glad I did! They’re lighter, more breathable, and if not more comfortable. The fit is great, the waistband stays put, and the quality feels premium. No chafing and much better sweat-wicking. Definitely making the switch!

Best briefs I've tried. Ticks all the "boxers". They don't ride up on the legs, stop the coin purse from sticking to the legs, has a neat little hole for getting the old fella out for tinkle and are comfortable AF. Good work Wagtail peeps!!
Tried a few brands that offered a lot but gave little these undies are the most comfortable by far and that is from my husband and our 11yr old. Our son was very excited for our large order to arrive bought some extras for my father and father in law. I cannot praise this product and the staff at Willie Wagtail highly enough. I did have some issues working out what the correct size was for me, and Shawn and his team went far beyond expectation to ensure the three pairs I bought were right for me. I've now worn a pair for a full day today, and the wagtails meet the high expectations set by the team. Smooth and sleek feeling, they fit perfectly and are very comfy. The horizontal fly is great. And the colours are amazing. Im just about to place another order.
Silky soft and the Tencel is better than bamboo! These are probably my favourite of all the brands I've tried so far. I haven't tried them hiking yet so not sure if I'll miss the Lycra anti chafing on the inner leg other brands have, but these have stepones etc best for everyday comfort.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these boxers genuinely impressed me. The fit is spot on - comfortable without being too tight or loose - and the material feels really soft and premium. You can tell they’re made with quality fabric. I’ve washed them a few times already and they’ve held their shape and feel really well, which isn’t always the case with underwear. They still look and feel like new. The packaging was a nice touch and made the whole experience feel a bit more premium. Delivery was incredibly fast too - I had them in less than a day. Overall, I’m really happy with both the product and the service. Willie Wagtail has definitely exceeded my expectations, and I’ll be buying more in the future!

Bought a few pairs to try. Liked them so much that I decided to swap all my current saxx underwear out for them. I'm quite impressed with them. Material feels nice and breathable. The fly is a feature I've missed for a long time. I'd recommend getting the boxer style for guys who are quite active or have thighs that touch.

GOODBYE STEP ONE, Hello Willie Wagtail! I was a step one fanatic for roughly 5 years, I had over 50 pairs because my wife likes the idea of “you buy this many, and you get this many free” I had been looking for a fair while for a new brand, because of quality and I just wasn’t happy anymore. After annoying the wife asking what she thinks about this brand, and this brand oh and what about this one? I FINALLY took the plunge and tried Willie wagtail. And boy am I glad I did!! I was worried about it being a downgrade and spending the money just to toss them out. The first time I put them on, I genuinely checked to make sure I hadn’t accidentally forgot to put underwear on once I put my pants on. They are that dam soft, it’s like my thighs and bits finally signed a peace treaty. In short: step one it was good while it lasted but the quality vs the price had done me in. But Willie wagtail has stolen the show. If you are still clinging to your step ones like an ex you should’ve let go years ago take this as your sign and just bite the bullet and let go mate. Get out there and try these bad boys!!

As a tradie, I haven’t had to adjust them once throughout the day. I’ve tried all the well known brands, these take the cake. Fabric is breathable, pouch is actually perfect, nothing falls out and no sticking against your legs. Leg length works for me, doesn’t ride up your crack.

I love the comfort, material and fit. I’m a flooring installer so spend a lot of the day hunched on my knees. These are a lot more comfortable than regular trunks, and no builders crack! They don’t ride down and have eliminated chaffing, and my balls don’t get scrunched. The only issue is that as soon as I bend down/over even a little, coz of my belly the band at the tops rolls over straight away

I have been robbed buying shitty briefs for years. I always thought I was doing my bits and pieces justice, buying what I thought were otherwise comfortable bamboo briefs. Needing more support as I get older and still remaining active, I took a deep dive. Reading near countless reviews for so many other brands finding out what brief had the very necessary top fly-access vs several that had it in a different position. I settled and took the plunge on the 6 Pack. And now that I have travelled through stinking hot Japanese summer in 100% humidity and back at work for more than 50+ hours a week. The Willie Wagtail briefs do not disappoint. They exceed every expectation. So much so I'm going to buy another 6 pack after writing this very long review.
Love the feeling of the Willie wagtails, so much more comfortable than the step one underwear I used to wear. The only thing I would like is a little more under support in the ball area.

1 week in, and my husband is a convert to Willie Wagtail. After wearing another brand for years, he finds the tensel fabric much softer and cooler than bamboo. No riding up or chaffing either. They wash well and dry fast.
